This is the BEST place in Coco to eat. The food is always hot, staff very nice, efficient, friendly, clean, nice atmosphere. The food is creative, served attractively, best quality, & best sea bass I have ever had. The risotto & chocolate souffle are the “bomb”! It is very gourmet w/o being expensive. The portions r just right. This town has very average food, so this restaurant was such a treat for us. Unexpected delight!!! It is a “Must try”!!

Hello Brad,
Wish I had found your website with that map prior to booking my trip 4/10/12. I have a question that hopefully you won’t mind answering. We booked the Casa Conde Del Mar in Playa Panama. Was told it was nice for the price and that nightlife and restaurants were stone throw away. Looking at your website, I did a directions to/from that hotel to Playa Coco. It states a 1hr. 50 min. walk. Humm… not sure that is a stones throw. I may have made a big mistake booking this place. I know you say that you can rent a car and they will bring it to your hotel… but, don’t want to have to drive just to get out of the hotel if we want… especially after reading you say it get’s dark there at 6 pm. Doesn’t look as if that hotel has any type of entertainment or anything. Any idea on how long it would take to walk to disco or place to have dinner and drinks with live music? Blues, Rock… are preferred. Any info you would share is really, really appreciated.

Some of the best mexican our group ever had! Service was great, food was great atmosphere was great! Will definately being going back. We went on 2 for 1 margarita night and the ladies in our group got them for free.

I’m looking for a 6-12 month lease on a 2 bedroom 2 bath furnished house or condo. The amenities I must have are satellite TV, high speed internet and access to a pool would be a bonus. We need the property to be in close proximity to beaches in the Tamarindo, Flamingo or Playa Grande area. This property rental would be for my wife and me. Our budget is $900 per month. I’m also proficient in home repairs, maintenance, landscaping and pet sitting.

Hi there!
I’m looking for someone to play music for our ceremony in Samara on April 21st, most likely a duet to play Pachelbel’s Canon in D. We are on a budget. I had originally contacted Intermezzo and their rates were above our affordability, at $400 for one hour. Are there any possibilities for something less expensive? We’ve managed to make this wedding happen in CR for less than $3000. I would love to keep it low, but I am having troubles finding music for our ceremony and I don’t want to resort to a laptop with speakers! Any suggestions?

I wish i read your site before going to playa del coco. we came home early as we were also at the small beach next to playa del coco. We were robbed, didn’t see it coming. Only a couple of boys in the water and man talking on cell on beach. We saw them at all times. No one else around and when we went into the water our bag with expensive camera, visa, condo key and watch were stolen.
