Veintimiglia Apartments in Playas Del Coco are small basic furnished one bedroom apartments off the main street in downtown Playas Del Coco. There are around twenty apartments surrounding a communal pool. There is parking, laundry and a night time security guard.
The location of the Veintimiglia Apartments is good because it is walking distance to everything in the downtown area including three supermarkets, bars & restaurants, a gym, dive shops, coffee houses etc. The entrance is a bit daunting because the apartments are located down a dark, unpaved back alley but I’ve known many friends who have stayed there long term and never had a problem.
To get to the Veintimiglia Apartments is very easy. When coming into Playas Del Coco you will pass Auto Mercado and Luperon supermarkets then on the right hand side you will see Las Olas restaurant. The Veintimiglia Apartments are located down the alley behind Las Olas restaurant.
Prices for the Veintimiglia Apartments in Playas Del Coco are negotiable with the Italian owners, but I believe the monthly rent is around $350 and includes utilities and wireless internet for long term renters. Short term rates are more expensive, of course. You’ll need to confirm the prices but this gives you an idea of what to expect.
